Mixapix

Mixapix is a take-off of the slider puzzle. It’s still a slider puzzle but with added fun and multiple levels of difficulty. Mixapix allows the user to select the images to be used for the puzzle. The level of difficulty can be increased not only by changing the number of tiles but by also using a front and reverse image as the puzzle. The user may shake the iPhone or iPod Touch and the image will be scrambled or a convenient scramble button is included. A puzzle timer starts as soon as the user slides the first puzzle piece. The object is to reassemble the puzzle in the shortest time and using the fewest number of moves.

The user may tap a tile and the tile will flip to show that portion of the image that is located on the reverse side of the puzzle. Users may elect the difficulty of the puzzle both in number of tiles and in whether to utilize the back side image as a part of the puzzle.

Users may utilize our stock images, images they have stored on their device or take pictures using the built-in camera of the iPhone.
