MM9 follows the often surreal adventures of the civil servants who work at this agency. Kazunori Ito (Patlabor) oversees the script, while Shinji Higuchi (Heisei Gamera trilogy, Lorelei: The Witch of the Pacific Ocean) makes his television debut as series director. Humor and drama alike unfold as ordinary men and women confront the extraordinary dangers of “M.”
