What's new

From front to back... The initial loading is faster. A bit more performance from rendering to make the larger levels a tad easier to play. Additional graphic and sound effects sprinkled throughout. Easier to read text where it mattered. And finally a less frantic tutorial. This also fixes tilting for users of iPhone OS 2.1.
