"Deviously fun, simple to grasp, but I can see how a good strategy can take you far. I picked this up after reading about it here on Appolicious and spent a good hour over dinner enjoying it. I love the fact there's no timer or race against the clock; I find that stressful and annoying when I'm trying to chill out. I don't usually play word games like this -- replacing letters in words to form new words -- but hey, I play along with the puzzle master Sunday mornings. Execution is fantastic. Change three words, one letter at a time. Simple to learn, with layers of strategy to master. Successfully use every letter, and advance to a new level. Need help for your next move? The "help" and "wild card" features keep the game going. On completion of the game, record your score and view your statistics so you can boast about it later.
The Word Chase FREE has two levels of play and does not begin with random words. The full version of The Word Chase has seven levels of play and will begin the game with random words.
