Three of the major cities of the world, New York, Beijing, and Dubai, have suffered a simultaneous terrorist attack. This has affected the City Traffic Control Systems, causing chaos and rendering it impossible to move about.
You have to take control and manage traffic, avoiding accidents and allowing all vehicles to transit normally.
Be very careful! There are school buses transporting children and sports cars going very fast. You can't let an accident happen, or it will cause many fatalities. The fate of these cities is in your hands.
