Piguaquan. It mean literally "Chop-Hanging Fist". Because it is emphasis on palm techniques,so also known as Piguazhang ("Chop-Hanging Palm"). Piguaquan is a special style of Traditional Chinese martial arts that features explosive and long-range attack.
The power of Piguaquan is from the accelerated force of the arms which are often in rotation and swing. In other words. You may imagine that your body likes a whip, the waist is the handle of this whip, the hands are the end of the whip, and the power comes from both feet.

Piguaquan is often practiced with Bajiquan. There is a Chinese martial arts proverb that goes : "When pigua is added to baji, gods and demons will all be terrified. When baji is added to pigua, heroes will sigh knowing they are no match against it."

With appropriate design and programming, it allows users:
1.To learn Piguaquan without limitation of viewpoints.
2.To play and pause the presentation.

劈卦拳也稱為劈掛掌, 是風格鮮明的傳統中國武術, 其特點為攻防以掌為主, 並且著中在放長擊遠, 因此常配合八極拳來練習, 以八極拳貼身短打的特色來相輔相成, 因此有”八極參劈掛, 神鬼都害怕。劈掛參八極, 英雄嘆莫及”之說法。
練習劈掛掌要達到"摘肩掉胯"的程度, 「摘肩」與「掉胯」的意思為讓肩、髖關節靈活鬆柔、協調穩固, 因為肩膀與髖關節是軀體與四肢的連結點, 所以練習劈掛掌要先把肩胯練靈活, 才能透過胯關節將地面作用力由下肢順暢的傳導至軀幹, 再藉由軀幹的擰、轉、吞、吐驅動肩關節柔韌的將力量發於掌稍。
所以有身如車軸, 腰如鞭杆, 手如鞭梢, 力發整足之說, 這句話的意思是身體的翻轉吞吐要有如車的輪軸般, 雙足有如鞭柄, 力量都是由雙足發起層層傳達, 透過如鞭杆般靈活柔韌的的腰身, 順暢的將鞭勁傳達至如鞭稍的手。
