Anti-Aging Tibet Exercises

The ancient anti-aging method passed on in the monastery of Tibet, forms from 5 simple movements (rituals) and deep breaths. This was a blessed ritual which monks prosecuted before going into prayer, and is said to be the origin of yoga.

The Tibet exercise has been supported by many famous celebrities and sports players such as the singer Akihiro Miwa. There are scientific analysis done at the Medical Institutes of Toho University as well. Lisa Itakura, a stage actress, tells us from her experience, the how-tos of this exercise as well as its amazing effects.
