Have you ever wondered how long it takes to burn off that chocolate, cookie or hamburger you just ate?

The Calorie Burner is designed to answer that question. It calculates the duration of exercise (in minutes) required to burn that specific amount of calories or kilojoules of your consumed food item based on your current weight in pounds or kilograms.

For example, an average weight male consuming one standard 240ml (8fl oz) can of soda pop or soft drink will take approximately:

5 Minutes of Running
8 Minutes of Cycling
13 Minutes of Swimming
19 Minutes of Walking


For an average weight female consuming one standard 240ml (8fl oz) can of soda pop or soft drink will take approximately:

6 Minutes of Running
9 Minutes of Cycling
15 Minutes of Swimming
22 Minutes of Walking

This calorie burner is a fun and simple tool used to help give you awareness of the duration of exercise required to burn off those little indulgent food items.
