Each day a new CrossFit workout is delivered right to your iPhone, with a link to the main CrossFit website to provide more in-depth descriptions and information. The main page of the application provides quick and easy descriptions of all of the movements that people new to CrossFit might not be familiar with. In addition to these great features, this application also provides links from the CrossFit main page that describe the CrossFit philosophy.

Never heard of CrossFit before? Don’t be intimidated! All exercises listed in the “Workout of the Day” (WOD) are adaptable to suit your personal fitness level, and will help you reach your fitness goals faster and more effectively than any other program out there. This is how the CrossFit exercise regimen is described on the CrossFit website:
