Keep a diary of your family's health, illness, and shot history with this simple app. Built for both the iPhone and iPad as a universal app, it goes with you to the doctor and is ready to answer questions you might not remember.

First, put in family members, then document illnesses or health issues from the past or as they occur. With this app, you'll never ask "When was the last time I had that illness or shot?". Once you put in information, you never have to "retype" the same information!
