GluCoMo™ is an electronic diary and reminder system for diabetics to keep track of diabetes-related activities, such as blood sugar levels and insulin intake. Users can monitor their blood sugar levels and other health components through a centralized mobile hub. Patients can also adjust their activities by reviewing their entry history from a simple but informative graph visualization. Automatic reminders can be added to alert users of different health related activities.
