GymGoal ABC is a comprehensive exercise database - the same database that comes with the full version.
If you don't want to record all your reps and weights, but you need a premium animated exercise database - this version may be just right for you.
The ABC version includes the full exercise database (expandable); the full selection of workout routines (expandable); all calculators of the full version.
FEATURES:
• 280 exercises. You can add your own exercises. You can add your pictures to any exercise.
• Animations, images, step by step instructions and performance tips.
• All animations are installed to the device, so you do not have to be online for viewing.
• 52 workout routines, adjusted for 4 levels of expertise and 3 different equipment types. You can add your own routines.
• One-rep Max, BMI, BMR, Body Fat Percentage, TDEE, Target Heart Rate calculators and progress tracking.
• Body weight tracking.
Please note that GymGoal ABC does not provide tools for workout tracking. You may want to try Free GymGoal Workouts to get the idea about all GymGoal features.

• Slightly redesigned Home page - more space for Tips.
• You can attach notes (reminders) to days and exercises in routines.
• All superset exercises can be moved up or down together (editing a routine or the history).
Bug fixes
• GymGoal crashed on old devices when exercises were reordered (iOS 3.1.3)
• Search by name was case-sensitive (non-English versions).
