iPUMP YOGA - ALIGN YOUR MIND, BODY & SPIRIT
iPump Yoga is designed to help restore your physical, psychological, and spiritual health. Exercise Physiologist and PumpOne co-founder, Declan Condron, teamed up with Yoga instructor Kristin McGee to create 3 progressive Hatha Yoga flows with 61 Yoga images, videos* & audio coaching demonstrate proper form that will have you on your way to increased awareness, stillness of mind, and a strong, agile body.
Each level contains basic flows like the Sun Salutation and Warrior Sequences along with some more advanced flows intertwined with a number of individual poses. Whether you are new to yoga, or you practice every day, these picture-perfect poses and flowing sequences of new and familiar postures will provide you with a whole new yoga experience.
TRACK & LOG
With our intuitive LOG interface all you have to do is enter your reps, sets and weight for each exercise. There's nothing easier or faster. Once you've completed a workout, all your tracking information gets automatically copied into your workout Log, ready for you to INSPIRE.
INSPIRE
Inspire is all about accountability, to help you stay on your iPump fitness plan. One of the best ways to inspire others is to show them that you've started a fitness program and are sticking to it. By emailing others your progress, you can encourage them to start training today as well as stay motivated yourself.

• Yoga is also available as part of iPump FITNESSBUILDER PLUS
• Exercises require typical gym equipment
