To be precise Joy Meters uses metaphors namely atoms and molecules. Understanding these terms will help you utilize this app in a much better way.
To remove the stressful part while you are working on your thought, figuring out patterns and understanding their influence, some interesting features of iPhone have been utilized such as accelerometer. Working on your thoughts and patterns can not be imagined in a more fun way the this app as it uses emoticons and accelerometer to make it easy to understand how these patterns work.
You decide the level of happiness or sadness with every single thought (people, places and events) Recognize if they are related to each other or not and then have all the fun of using this fun filled app while you are working on the most important issues of your life, identifying traps in your thoughts and breaking them.

After measuring those levels, this dashboard makes it easy for you to understand how much of each you are having in your life so that you can balance them out as you want.
INSTRUCTIONS: Input only dominant beliefs, say 5 or 7 at the most. Once you resolve them, keep entering after prior ones have been resolved. This will overcome any algorithmic complexity delays.
