INTRODUCTION

This application allows you to have an aproximated control of the calories you made and burn. You will be able to add eaten meals, done exercises and check out the calories you made and burnt by date.
This applications is tab-based interface so let's take a look to each tab.

Meals Tab
-------------
In the Meals tab, you can add new meals from the US Department of Agriculture (http://199.133.10.140/codesearchwebapp/(dp4sr2avodxmd345apvzqyav)/codesearch.aspx) or use the provided ones (the source is that website) but I highly recommend to add your meals from this website to have a totally personalized list of meals. The example list can be deleted as well.
To add a meal you only have to provide the energy, carbohydrates, proteins, fat and saturated fat. The US Department of Agriculture web provides this information.
Exercise Tab

Choose the exercises you have done, specify the duration and you will know how much calories you have burnt. This information will be saved in the user history.
Exercises available:
Aerobic, Dancing at disco, Ballet, Basquetball, Beisball, Cycling, Boxing, Walking, Running, Skiing, Soccer, Football, Golf, Handball, Hockey, Judo/karate, Swimming, Skating, Pilates, Ping Pong, Rowing, Rugby, Skateboarding, Dancing Salsa, Spinning, Stepping, Surfing, Tai Chi Chuan, Tennis, Volleyball, Yoga, Sleeping.
Statistics Tab

To check out the calories burnt, go to the Statistics tab and just select the initial date (the end date is the current day) and select what you want: get the calories burnt and the calories made. Moreover, you can know which meal is the most eaten.
User Tab
------------
Set your age, weight (kg or pounds) and height (meters or feet) to let the application compute the aproximated calories you make and burn. You can update this information when you want to.
