Nancy Marmorat (Diploma, Irène Popard School of Dance), who teaches dance, stretching and keep-fit exercises, has devised a number of successful exercise routines that work on specific areas of the body.

This program concentrates on toning up the back and chest. The training session is designed so that you can exercise where you want, when you want and at your own pace.

Contents:

Warm up:
- to increase your heartrate and prepare for exercise

Balance & breathing:
- become more aware of your sense of balance

Targeted muscle toning:
- strengthen the muscles in your back and improve your bust

Stretching:
- to prevent stiffness

Look after your back:
- simple ways of looking after your back
