Nancy Marmorat (Diploma, Irène Popard School of Dance), who teaches dance, stretching and keep-fit exercises, has devised these fitness programs for you to get you into shape, and to exercise and tone up your muscles.
LIA (Low Impact Aerobics) is a program for burning up calories by doing a sustained cardiovascular workout.
It comprises a choreographed routine, consisting of a number of movements on the spot, in order to protect the joints and back.
If therefore improves your physical condition (endurance), muscle toning of the entire body, and motor ability (co-ordination).
