Nancy Marmorat (Diploma, Irène Popard School of Dance), who teaches dance, stretching and keep-fit exercises, has devised these fitness programs for you to get you into shape, and to exercise and tone up your muscles.
In this program, you can choose to exercise where you want, and at your own pace. It includes specific exercises (muscle toning and suppleness) designed to improve and shape target areas of your body.
For the best results you will need a dumb bell, weighted bar and skipping rope.
