Nancy Marmorat (Diploma, Irène Popard School of Dance), who teaches dance, stretching and keep-fit exercises, has devised these fitness programs for you to get you into shape, and to exercise and tone up your muscles.
This is a program for burning up calories by doing a sustained cardiovascular workout. It is a choreographed routine using a step. It improves your physical condition (endurance), muscle toning of the entire body, and motor ability (co-ordination).
