Nancy Marmorat (Diploma, Irène Popard School of Dance), who teaches dance, stretching and keep-fit exercises, has devised a number of successful exercise routines that work on specific areas of the body.

This program concentrates on toning up the thigh muscles and buttocks. The training session is designed so that you can exercise where you want, when you want and at your own pace.

Contents:

Warm up:
- to increase your heartrate and prepare for exercise

Co-ordination exercises:
- to gain new awareness of your behind

Targeted muscle toning:
- to firm up your thighs and your behind

Stretching:
- to prevent stiffness

At the office:
- a few simple relaxation exercises
