myFitness Advance APPLICATION -- A fitness tracking and calorie intake tracking application for everyone. No need to invest in costly fitness tracking system. If you are maintaining your weight or doing fat loss. This application helps you with setting calorie goals and tracking your calorie intake. Users can calculate calorie goals based on age, weight, height and daily activity.


Application allows user to:
-- Set Calorie goals based on age, weight, height and daily activity.
-- Enter daily calorie intake. Users can keep adding calorie intake with simple to use interface.
-- User can track what they eat (calorie intake).
-- User can mark their regular diet as favorite and add it easily to their daily intake.
-- Stores daily calorie intake.
-- Run Report
- Report gives detail about calorie target.
- How many time "maintenance", "fat loss" and "extreme fat loss" goals are achieved.
- How many times goals are missed?
- Also gives detail break down of missed goals. This gives user an insight on wether they miss goals during Friday's or weekends.

myFitness Advance is very easy and very helpful tool for users who are trying to track their calorie intake.
