Pound a Week
Pound a week helps you to lose weight by keeping track of your calorie intake and usage. It's no brainer, eat less than you use and lose weight. Pound a Week also keeps track of your weight and plots this data to chart.
It has a database of different sports and using that data with your personal settings it can count how much calories you burn. Depending on the sports form pound a week uses different ways to measure quantity. E.g. using distance for measure of running is far more accurate than using time.
There is also a extendable food database. Pound a week is designed to offer a rapid way to log your eating and drinking.
