Reebok the Promise Keeper
The only running app that will actually make you get out and run. By using good old fashioned peer pressure.
As a promise to everyone you know is much harder to break than a promise you make only to yourself, The Promise Keeper will make sure to inform all your friends about what you are up to. It will praise you when you run and when you don't... Let's just say that we recommend that you keep your promises.
When you sign up, you'll get your own running calendar. Just book your runs and The Promise Keeper will make sure to tell your friends by using your Facebook and/or Twitter. If you then don't actually go for your runs The Promise Keeper will tell them this too. This will make it virtually impossible for you to ignore your runs without hearing about it. You will of course need to grant The Promise Keeper rights to do so and you can drop out at any time.
The app will track your runs through GPS and save your running history for you to keep. You will also be able to share your runs through Facebook, Twitter or e-mail by your own choice.

- Your own running calendar. Where you can book single runs or a number of runs during a period of days or weeks as you desire.
- Facebook and Twitter integration. Your running plans will be posted on the social network of your choice. And then The Promise Keeper will post whether you ran or not. In it's own words.
- GPS tracking of all your runs.
- Map integration will let you see your exact travels for every run in the app.
Note that continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
