Serenity
"Serenity" offers you a new, unique scientific approach to help you to sleep, relax, concentrate, or meditate.
Select your favorite sound, choose a setting for the "Relaxation Amplifier", and Serenity will ease you through levels of increasing relaxation at the pace you have selected!
Serenity's unique Relaxation Amplifier begins operating after the first 70 secs of your session have elapsed. It causes a gradual, but pronounced, change to the characteristics of the sound that you will hear and you will feel. This change takes about 10 minutes to complete. The Relaxation Amplifier will relax your heartbeat, your thought process, and your perception of time. If you are ready for bed, or if you feel stressed or anxious and would like to return to your normal self, use the "+++" setting on the Relaxation Amplifier.
Serenity uses original high-fidelity recordings of autumn rain, rain on a tin roof, waterfalls, waves, rivers, lake shore, pebble beach, wind chimes, bells, temple bells, forest birds, lake birds, fireplace, camp fires, white noise, and many more.
