Wellness Workout
It doesn't always have to be "knock yourself out" to feel good and relaxed in your own body. A light workout program before going to bed makes it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep. This program is based on a low number of repetitions and direct stretching after each strengthening exercise. A slow pace and calm breathing form the focus of this program.
The application is localized in 5 languages (english, german, spanisch, french, italian).
Under 'FatBurner Coach' you can find a full version with 50 different training plans.
This app is designed for women, there are special versions for men called "myPersonalTrainer" and "Sweat and Tears".
