Workout Tracker Lets you choose from 3 , 5, or 7 day Workout cycles. When you get done working out just click the muscle group 1-3 times for workout intensity. The Muscle group clicked after a workout will go from the intensity color (yellow, orange or red) to grey in your workout cycle. Used and Developed By Pros.

Example
