Your Ideal Weight and BMI

Your Ideal Weight will calculate in a few steps if you are in the ideal weight zone or not. In addition to that there is a BMI calculation and some useful tips concerning weight, weight loss, fitness and nutrition.

Also check out the Ideal Weight PRO app. In this version you can create a weight graph with a target weight and date and see your progress. In addition, you can compare your weight to people in 17 countries, age groups, genders and more. This PRO app is an ad-free version.

Please note: This app is not recommended for children, bodybuilder or pregnant people.
