QUICK TIPS WHEN USING:
If you experience any issues, most of the issues you are likely to encounter are listed below. If you do not see your issue below, please email us at feedback@ci2w.com. Please do not leave negative feedback on the apple store, we will work hard to resolve all issues.

1. WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY REWARD?
Given the extremely high volume of activity during the introductory period we can not respond to every reward instantly but please be patient. Due to most state regulations, we are required to review each of the submissions manually. Once reviewed, you will receive an email containing instructions on how to get your reward within 7 days or less.

2. I CAN NOT REDEEM MY REWARD
If you have won points but are having issues redeeming your prize, please check your account settings under more tab and verify you are logged in. We have had a few reports of users being denied redemption, this is due to a log out issue possibly due to restarting the app. Please log out and then log back in. If this does not work, please email us at feedback@ci2w.com so we can help. Rest assured your points are correctly stored and once you log back in you should be able to redeem your reward.

3. WHERE DID MY POINTS GO?
If your points appear to be missing do not worry, they are all stored on our servers there are sometimes delays on updating them. Usually one scan or check in will bring them back. If your points remain missing please email us at feedback@ci2w.com so we can review your account and help locate the issue.

4. I CAN NOT CHECK IN TO THIS STORE, STORE IS TOO FAR AWAY OR STORE MISSING
If you are attempting to check in to a store that you are physically at yet appears to be too far away, or is missing, we will need to adjust our map coordinates for that location. Please email us the address or store number so we can correct the information for future checkins.

5. I SPUN THE WHEEL BUT DO NOT SEE MY POINTS
If your points appear to be missing from a spin do not worry, all points are stored on our servers there are sometimes delays on updating them. Usually one scan or check in will bring them back. If your points remain missing please email us at feedback@ci2w.com

What's new

We are working hard to answer and address all customer service issues by the holiday break. We had a mad rush of thousands of winners and it has taken some time to address all the issues but our super enhanced team is working around the clock to answer every email. Please be patient no prize will go unrewarded.
