Clear Mind Audio is a self-development aid tool, with spoken and textual affirmations.

The purpose of Clear Mind Audio is to help you keep your mind and attention focused on a useful believe system, maintain an explanatory style, that is working for you and not against you. Clear Mind is in agreement with many contemporary self-development books available via the iTunes Store. If your internal map of the world is placing your self as someone not capable you have to deconstruct that map and reconstruct a more useful map of the world placing your self as someone capable.

When you start Clear Mind Audio it will present you for seven random affirmations, and then “wake you up” before it closes it self down. It can be considered as a guided contemplating meditation session.

The spoken affirmations are accompanied with a relaxing visual environment and relaxing ambient sounds.
