Daddy Chef Speaks From Experience - How Man Makes His Wife and Kids Smile

Japan is in the midst of a Ikumen fad; fathers participating in childcare are being focused. However, in Japan, women is still considered the main caretaker of children, even if both the mother and father are working full time.
Wife's pregnancy triggered Takizawa into cooking; he quit his job, transformed from a workaholic businessman to a Daddy Chef, and started his own business.
Former IT consultant and currently Japan's only Daddy Chef, Masaharu Takizawa, speaks the true importance of life he learned through cooking.

*Ikumen - Men who are positive and determined to childcare. In June 17, 2010, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare kicked off the "Ikumen Project", proposing men participation in house chores and childcare.
