Extended Will

Create and print a PDF copy of your Will. Answer a few questions and the document is ready for transfer directly to your computer via iTunes to save and print.

The Extended version enables you to itemize property instead of simply giving everything to one sole beneficiary. You have the option to itemize up to two parcels of real estate, four vehicles, contents of four financial accounts, ten specific items of property, and six pets.

A Basic version is available to give all property to one beneficiary.

Based upon your marital status and number of children, the Will is between six and nine pages.

A one page affidavit is also included for you and two witnesses to notarize the Will. Each page (7 to 10 in total) should be notarized for authenticity.

There are sixteen common scenarios available in this version. These include:

Married or unmarried
Six or fewer children (adult and minor)
Guardianship
Itemized Beneficiaries
Administrator/Executor of your estate
Funeral options

You have the option to itemize specific items of property and give the rest to your spouse (if married) or to a sole beneficiary (if unmarried).

Another option is to give all property to your spouse (married) or a sole beneficiary (unmarried) and itemize the estate if your spouse/beneficiary does not survive you.

If you are married and have children, they are the alternate beneficiaries. If you are unmarried with children, they are the primary beneficiaries.

Your spouse is primary guardian to minor children (choose one alternate). If unmarried, choose a primary and alternate.

If you have a small estate, the option is one real estate, two financial accounts, two vehicles, six itemized lists, and three pets.

If a large estate: two real estate, four accounts, four vehicles, ten lists, and six pets.
