Ever wondered what you might look like in green eyeliner and blue lipstick? Or ever wanted to make your shy friend look like a wild glam rocker? Well, now you can give anyone an instant mini-makeover, with the easy to use and endlessly entertaining Eye Makeup.

With Eye Makeup you simply select or take a photo (a head shot works best) and you can glam up or glam down your face by selecting a category at the bottom of the screen. Choose from eyeliner, eye shadow, blush, or lipstick. After you’ve selected a category, you just tap the magnifying glass icon, which is located at the top right of the screen. You can then pinch the screen to zoom in or out on the part of the face you’ll be making up.

After you’ve positioned your photo, click the pencil icon. This means you’re ready to apply makeup. To select a color, simply scroll left or right on the palette at the top of the screen. Tap a color, and you can begin to apply the makeup by lightly touching the screen. (Just as with real makeup, a light touch works best.) After the makeup is applied, you can test different colors by tapping through the palette.

Should you make a mistake or wish to backtrack, the reverse arrow erases your last stroke, while the trashcan will delete all work done in that particular makeup category. If you need to reposition the photo, just click back onto the magnifying glass.

When your makeover is complete, hit the white arrow to export and save the photo to your own library. Not only is Eye Makeup a lot of fun, it’s a great way to try out different color combinations that you might want to wear in real life.
