FIX:
- Delay when switching call methods
- Cannot make Internet Call even after network has recovered
- Changing native contacts is not reflected in app
- Contact names in Favorites, Recent Calls and when dialing are not updated when native contacts have changed
- App crash if Contact names contains non-alphanumeric characters
CHG:
- Show proper error message for network unavailable
- New icons for SMS and items in "More" screen
- Use loading indicator in "Event" screen rather than blocking the whole screen
- Set inital focus to "To" field for SMS screen
