"I've been meditating for years and can reach a fairly deep state, on most occasions, but had not in a few months. This program put me in that state, in a few short minutes. I felt great. This program is intended to be used over 30 days. The majority of this program is specifically designed to cause previously unconscious imagery and thoughts to become conscious. And, portions of it will require you to actively change your thinking. Some people will experience that it does not happen easily or automatically at first, but on the other hand, many people do find the opposite to be true... The changes they really desire to have happen, happen of their own accord when one’s attention is shifted to what is desired and, this might very well be for you. If you follow the instructions, then with each successful completion of the exercise you may find that the active participation happens more and more effortlessly until it is automatic.
