A handy kitchen convertor for converting weights (grams, kilograms, ounces and pounds) and liquids (millilitres, litres, ounces, pints and gallons).

Kitchen Geekery is all about providing more than just recipes, but really trying to provide detail and depth so that you don't just learn how to follow a recipe, but you understand it too.
