Are you a knitter who is always on the hunt for exotic yarns or quality yarns or bargain yarns? Or do you appreciate the convenience of combining your travels with finding knitting supplies across America? Do you want to visit or contact your fellow knitters in other communities?

Let MapMuse's Knitting Shop Locator help you locate knitting shops across the United States. With this app you can easily search an interactive map of knitting shops and knitting clubs. And for your convenience we have included craft store locations like Michaels, AC Moore and Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft. Links to websites are provided when available. Either use your current location or input any location to see all of the nearby budget shopping opportunities. Scroll the map and the places are automatically updated with no need to enter a new location.

In addition to knitting shops, knitting clubs, and craft chain stores, you can also submit comments and photos of any of the locations. If we’ve missed a location, or our information is incorrect, you can add new information directly from your iPhone, iPod, or iPad by touching “Add” at the bottom of the screen and then choosing the type of shop you would like to enter. Your submission will be reviewed for accuracy and the location will be added within 48 hours of your contribution. And every time you start the app, you will receive any updates that have been made by others. You can also add locations by going to www.mapmuse.com. All addition and changes made on the website are reflected on the iPhone or iPod and vice-versa.
