Maud's pumpkin recipes
Pumpkin is a beautiful and magic orange squash that may grow really huge.
It can of course help you as a one-night carriage but a smarter way to use it is cooking.
Its meat tastes really good and can be cooked as sweet, savoury or jams.
Pumpkin is a low calorie food (21 calories per 100 g) but contains many vitamins and minerals (mainly potassium, magnesium and iron). It is diuretic and contains anti-aging carotene as well. Last but not least, its fibres make it easy to digest.
I have selected my 50 best pumpkin recipes and adapted them to be easy to carry out.
