We were asked to develop Quit by a Customer who sends our iCardz2go Zen cards to friends when they are having a tough time. Recently she had a friend who gave up smoking and write to us and asked if we would do an iCardz2go set so that she could send them encouragement.
Of course we could. And these iCardz2go are wonderful for the person giving up smoking to flick thorugh during the challenging times and remind themselves why they want to become a Non-Smoker.
While many quit smoking campaigns rely on striking fear into the individual, we've decided positive reinforcement is a much better approach. People will WANT to change their behaviour if there is a reward in it for them.
