Wedding Timeline

On the day of your wedding, Wedding Timeline will make sure your schedule runs on time throughout the wedding day, without missing a single detail. You will never need to press for time to finish cake cutting and bouquet toss. You will never need to pay over-run charge by your banquet location.

All bride-to-be’s, are you spending enormous time and energy to plan your perfect wedding day? But when it comes to your big day, you can only print your planned to perfection wedding details and schedule on pieces of paper and hope someone will follow-through correctly. This person could be your wedding coordinator, your DJ, bridesmaid, family or friend. He/she could be very good at managing weddings, but wouldn’t it be nice to have an extra set of eyes to help the coordinator to keep track of what will happen next and in exactly how many minutes? And have an effective tool to help the coordinator keep all vendors and party well informed and up-to-date?

This is what Wedding Timeline is designed for. On the day of wedding, the app will display your entire wedding timeline an iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad in a clear and easy to read format. The current event will be highlighted and all details are displayed with countdown of minutes until the next event. Your coordinator simply needs to follow the timeline on the app and every single detail will fall precisely together. The timeline can also be shared between all the wedding vendors, wedding members and helpers, so everyone will know what’s going on and fulfill their responsibility accordingly. Push notifications and emails will be sent to the shared ones and keep them in-the-loop all times.

Here are some key features:

** SYNC **
Typing in all those information using the iPhone keyboard could be quite time-consuming and cumbersome. With our app you can do all the typing online via your desktop or notebook, then you can SYNC it right back onto your iPhone! Once you have registered, go to www.weddingcaddy.com to start entering data online!

** SHARING **
Once you have your timeline ready, you can share this timeline with anyone! If they have either of our Wedding Timeline or Wedding Timeline Pro, they can run the timeline straight from their device too. They even get a push notification and email when you share this timeline to them!
They don’t have the app? We will send them the timeline in a nicely formatted email and also attach the timeline in an Excel readable CSV file!

** MULTIPLE TIMELINES **
The Bride and Groom may have their own set of timeline, or a DJ may have his/her own set of timeline. With the newest release of our app, you can now create up to 5 different timelines. With a simple tap, you can navigate through different timelines.

** REAL RUNTIME MANAGEMENT **
Once you have everything ready, simple bring your device to the wedding and see how our app dynamically shows you which task should be running and what’s coming up next.
Overrun? Our app will clearly show you how many minutes the wedding is overran by and you could easily adjust entries to compensate!
