VAT Pro helps you perform VAT / Tax calculations quickly and effortlessly. Simply enter either the Exclusive (Net) amount, Inclusive (Gross) amount or just the amount of VAT, then press Return and VAT Pro will instantly show you the remaining values.

VAT Pro contains the latest rates (standard and reduced) for 29 European countries, all US States and over 50 other countries. On top of this there is room for up to five completely custom countries where you can store your own rates. All data for all countries can be edited if required.

VAT Pro can also record all of your calculations and then export them into a CSV file for importing into other applications.

At the click of a button you can now validate any European VAT number against the member states VAT database. This feature will tell you whether a VAT number is valid or not and will also confirm the companies name and address if that data is available.

If you want to be able to prove to a tax administration of a Member State that you have checked a given VAT number at a given time, and obtained a given validation reply, please keep this consultation number in your archives.
