Mixtikl 5 - Generative Music Mixer
One of the biggest attractions of generative music is that you make it yourself - either to listen to, to generate ideas or simply for creative fun. Mixtikl is one of the deepest and most powerful generative music apps out there and it lets you create magical generative music mixes that you can interact with, add audio loops to and generally customize to your hearts content (e.g. modular synth sounds & live FX, generative rules and play along parts to 12 track arrangements, mix tempo & root and more). Compared to Mixtikl Free there are many, many more features/capabilities and much more included content to use in mixes.
Tip: Want to share your mixes? You can save your custom creations as "mixtikls" that, if you want to, you can tweet, email & share and they can even include your own short message / haiku / poem, visualizer settings and play-along instrument.

NOTE: Mixtikl files are now saved and loaded to/from this folder (see forum for rationale):
~/Library/Containers/com.intermorphic.mixtikl/Data/Library/Mixtikl/intermorphic/mixtikl/paks/User_Content/
Whereas (depending on Mixtikl version) they used to be installed to either of:
~/Library/Mixtikl/intermorphic/mixtikl/paks/User_Content/
~/Documents/intermorphic/mixtikl
Simply move your files from the former to the new directory. You may need to restart Mixtikl.
SUPPLEMENTARY NOTE: In your mix, if you use or link to audio files that are not in the IM Tiklpaks (e.g. perhaps your own sample loops or recordings), then you must also move those loops to the above folder and relink from there.
