A convenient dosing calculator for common antibiotics for children. A slider adjusts the dosage based on the child's weight. Really, it's only for my personal use but you can have one for free if you want it. Use your own clinical judgment in prescribing antibiotics. You must decide for yourself if the doses given are appropriate for any particular patient.
