If you are going through chemotherapy, tracking your blood cell counts, symptoms and medications is critical for your treatment success. This Health Monitor Chemo Calendar can quickly capture and organize all your information in one place. Reports, in graphical or detailed format, can be emailed to your doctors and/or caregivers.
The Health Monitor Chemo Calendar features four critical tools:
