This app is equipped with two user-friendly modes—math skills and nursing applications, plus a conversion calculator to help you arrive at accurate formulas and dosages.

Kaplan Math for Nurses mobile reference and conversion tool includes:

Math Skills: a general review of the following math subcategories:

All topics (Math Skills and Nursing Applications) have four parts:
1. the name of the topic
2. information about the topic and/or how to solve a calculation
3. sample math question related to the topic
4. solution detailed explanation of how to get the correct answer to the sample

Conversion Calculator:

The conversion calculator has four options:
- Liquid: convert between and within measurement systems to calculate drops, teaspoons, tablespoons, fluid ounces, cups, pints, quarts, gallons, liters, centiliters, milliliters
- Temperature: convert between Fahrenheit and Celsius
- Length: convert between and within measurement systems to calculate inches, feet, yards, millimeters, centimeters, meters, and kilometers
- Mass: convert between and within measurement systems to calculate grains, ounces, pounds, micrograms, centigrams, grams, and kilograms
