Knee Manual
Knee Manual is a basic look at the knee and the injuries and diseases that affect the knee.
It includes information about the meniscus, the ACL, the cartilage, the ligaments, the tendons and the bones around the knee.
Basic information about meniscus tears, ACL tears, arthritis of the knee, MCL tears, kneecap problems, broken bones around the knee, patellar tendonitis, Osgood-Schlatter, iliotibial band, and other knee problems is included.
In addition, an overview of knee treatments including surgeries such as total knee replacement, arthroscopy and ACL reconstruction is included. Injections, medications and physical therapy is also discussed.
