MDRD

Calculate the estimated clearance of creatinine (eCcr) with the creatinine serum rate (in mg/dL or in micromol/L).

The algorithm is based on the MDRD formula (written in the wikipedia "renal function" article)

What's new

- I want to apologize to you for the last version of this App (completely unusable). This time, the mistake in the formula has been fixed.
- App's preferences moved to the back view (instead of the general settings menu)
- Vibration fonction should work now (??)

Thanks for those who try this app again (and give it a second chance)
