Memo Medical Notebook
It's a notebook for healthcare professionals. Plain and simple.
Doctors and nurses see many patient during their shifts and it's often difficult to keep track. Have you found yourself with tons of yellow stickers or a jammed moleskine recently? Empty you pockets and use Memo as your medical notebook.
Memo is straightforward without any fancy features. Just add or delete notes using the simple interface and email them to yourself after work for later reference.
A simple example of a medical record is included and can be copy-pasted for new records or you can create your own custom template.
