Opium

Analgesic / opioids drug equivalence calculator. Drugs are :
- morphine : per os, iv and sub-cutaneous
- oxycodone : per os and iv/sub-cutaneous
- hydromorphone
- fentanyl (patch)
- codéine, tramadol and dextropropoxiphène

Equivalency factors can be changed directly from the app. (oral morphine as reference unit)

For intercurrent doses, a sixth and tenth of the total daily dose are shown.

Be carefull, this is only a converter. These medications must be use with caution.

- Hydrocodone per os added
- Modification of the Setting Panel
- Codeine and Dextropropoxiphène factors corrected
- Adds don't ask you your GPS position anymore. Sorry for this mistake (during coding). It's not a spyware, i'm just a student who wants to make some calculus easier with apps. I don't want to annoy you with (big) advertisement.
- a new icon (hope this one is less "ugly", as said in feedback)
