Pill Count 2.0 is nearing completion. You will soon be able to store multiple pills.
*UPDATE*
Pill Count is a simple app that calculates how many pills should be left in a bottle after a period of time. Just input the amount of pills in the refill, how many pills should be taken per day, and the date of refill, and Pill Count will tell you how many you should have left.
This is especially helpful for pain physicians who are constantly having to calculate their patients' pill count.
