Designed by doctors, ProLog allows you to quickly (within 30 seconds) enter a medical procedure along with any relevant data such as body location, notes, or patient information.
Use our incredibly fast Search (results as you type) to choose a medical procedure from our list of over 6,000 ICD-9 Procedure Codes. Add relevant information about the procedure such as Supervising Physician, Body Location, and Patient Information. View, Sort, and FIlter your Procedure list through an intuitive interface.
At any time you can export specific procedures or your entire procedure list via email to an HTML report or even a Comma Separated Value (CSV) file which can be opened by any spreadsheet program (e.g. Microsoft Excel). Whether you're a medical student, resident, fellow, or a seasoned attending, ProLog allows you to capture all of your procedures (great for credentialing and billing).
